Light is filtered, never blocked.

Sheer curtains run the full width of the room, turning strong Mediterranean light into an even wash. Seating was kept low and pale so that the light, not the furniture, is the subject.

Chaise longue and nesting coffee tables in front of sheer curtains
Nesting tables in matte plaster tone keep the floor visually open.

A patchwork hide rug and dark timber floor anchor the composition, while a black shelving column introduces the only sharp vertical in the plan.
